About Me

My journey into fitness was born out of personal adversity and transformation

In 2013, while still in high school, I was diagnosed with Dengue, which caused my weight to drop drastically to 58 kg. A few years later, during my first year of college in 2017, I faced an even more serious challenge—Tuberculosis. It was the most physically and mentally demanding period of my life. At the time of diagnosis, I weighed around 60 kg, but between 2017 and 2019, I experienced significant weight gain, reaching 85 kg. This led to being benched from my college basketball team due to poor physical conditioning.

In 2020, determined to regain control of my health, I built a personal gym studio on the terrace of my home in Delhi, India. With no professional guidance, I took it upon myself to learn, train, and transform. Over time, I lost 18 kg of fat and built lean muscle mass through consistent effort and discipline.

From 2021 to 2023, I trained close friends and family in my home studio. Their positive transformations and growing confidence inspired me to take my passion to the next level. I pursued and successfully earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York.

In addition to my academic credentials, I am CPR/AED certified and hold the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification — enabling me to help clients move better, recover from injuries, and build functional strength.

From 2023 to June 2025, I worked as a personal trainer in Jersey City, New Jersey. Today, I’m back in Delhi, India, with a renewed mission: to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals achieve their fitness goals — both online and in person.
